Maintenance Services now in Arizona & Georgia
Pewaukee, Wisconsin: Bevara Building Services announced today it has successfully completed 2 Horizontal Mergers with 2 maintenance companies, Bravo F&M and TLC Property Maintenance. “These 2 strategic mergers allowed Bevara to not only gain further national market share, but also filled 2 key national management roles with the owners of each company” says Cory Pederson, CEO and President of Bevara Building Services. “We are excited to have these 2 great teams join our growing organization. With these additions, that puts Bevara in over 20 states and growing with over 120 employees.” The transitions will be seamless for all clients.
Cory went on to say that these were Bevara’s first mergers in its company’s history, up until this point all of the company’s growth has been organic.
Effective 12-1-2019 Bravo F&M and their employees will be operating as Bevara Building Services.
Effective 2-1-2020 TLC Property Maintenance and their employees will be operating as Bevara Building Services.
