Having been with Bevara since 2016, Lauren is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including employee relations, payroll, recruiting, employee benefits, workers compensation, performance management, all HRIS functions, and most importantly driving Bevara's award-winning culture. What makes Lauren so successful is her focus on diligent leadership and personal connection with both the employees and organizations' needs.

The HR Awards were established to recognize the important work individuals do in the field of human resources to make southeastern Wisconsin firms and organizations successful. In addition, nominees had to be based in or have significant operations in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Walworth, Washington, Ozaukee, Racine, or Kenosha counties. Winners were selected through a collection of nominations that were judged by a local HR professionals group.
