Cory is an experienced and proven industry leader in Trades, Facilities, and Construction Management. Cory focuses on new business development, client relationship management, and overall productivity and profitability. Under Cory’s leadership, Bevara has grown from a local service provider to a national firm and has achieved continual company growth as evidenced through years of recognition on the Inc. 5000 list. Cory has also driven initiatives that have produced awards for workplace environments and culture such as; Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Top Work Places, Milwaukee Business Journal’s Best Places to Work, and Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures.
President & CEO
Brian is an experienced operations professional with a demonstrated history of working in the Facilities Services Industry. He is skilled in Negotiation, Budgeting, Client Relationship Management, Team Management, and Facility Management (FM). Brian is responsible for directing Bevara’s Business Operations while focusing on using industry best practices to improve efficiencies by implementing smart solutions aimed towards reducing operating costs while increasing productivity. His areas of expertise include; procurement and contract management, building and grounds maintenance, vendor relations, bid process management, health and safety, security, communications infrastructure, and energy management systems.
Chief Operating Officer
Rychelle joined the Bevara team in July 2018. She leads and manages the company’s accounting team. Rychelle prepares all financial reporting and is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction of the company to support its continued growth. Prior to joining Bevara, Rychelle spent nearly 20 years in public accounting primarily serving clients in the construction and real estate industries. Rychelle is a licensed CPA and a member of the WICPA and AICPA

Lauren is an accomplished leader in the Human Resources space. Her true passion lies in facilitating positive employment relationships that create long-lasting impressions by building an unbeatable culture. Having been with Bevara since 2016, Lauren is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including employee relations, payroll, recruiting, employee benefits, workers compensation, performance management, all HRIS functions, and most importantly driving the award-winning culture. Lauren’s focus on servant leadership and connection, with both the people and the needs of the organization, are what has made her so successful.
